The Atlanta Parade of Homes is a self-guided tour hosted by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association that invites visitors to explore new construction homes across the metro Atlanta area.

This annual event allows buyers to tour a variety of homes at their own pace, offering a firsthand look at current design trends, floor plans and features. It’s one of the best ways to experience new homes in person, gather inspiration and narrow down what matters most in your search.

How Does a Parade of Homes Work?

The Parade of Homes is designed to be simple and flexible. Visitors can tour participating homes at no cost during scheduled event hours and create their own route based on the communities they want to explore.

There is no formal starting point! Instead, you can visit homes in any order, spend as much time as you would like at each stop and return to your favorites for a second look. This relaxed format makes it easy to compare homes, ask questions and truly experience each space.

Tour Peachtree Residential Homes in Cumming

For the 2026 Parade of Homes, Peachtree Residential will spotlight two communities in Cumming, each offering its own setting and lifestyle while showcasing thoughtfully designed homes.

The event will take place over three weekends: April 18 and 19, April 25 and 26, and May 2 and 3. Homes will be open on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays from 1:30 to 5 p.m., giving you plenty of time to plan your visit.

Arden on Lanier

If living near Lake Lanier is on your radar, Arden on Lanier is a community worth exploring. Located on Pilgrim Mill Road, this community offers a balance of natural surroundings and convenient access to everyday destinations.
