Garden Park Answers Homebuyer Demands for More in Forsyth

Peachtree Residential has heard Forsyth County homebuyers asking for more intimate neighborhoods located in more accessible locations with stronger schools. With Garden Park in West Forsyth, we deliver.

With just 28 homes, Garden Park is a small cul-de-sac community. Flat terrain, sidewalks and an open space with creek create a walkable environment. Gated access maintains the neighborhood’s privacy.

And while the community feels like its own isolated enclave, its location off West Forsyth’s Aaron Sosebee Road gives families easy access to work, school, shopping and fun. It’s easy to reach local shopping and dining in Halcyon or The Collection in Forsyth via Bethelview Road. Another popular destination is the historic district, accessible from nearby Kelly Mill Road, which runs straight through downtown Cumming. Highway 20, Highway 141, and GA 400 are within easy reach, too. (more…)

Homebuyers Rave About Their New Home, Personalized Service

Tiburon Plan front elevation of home. Peachtree Residential offers personalized service when building homes.

As the “Builder Who Listens,” we speak with our homebuyers at every stage of the home buying and homebuilding process, including after the sale. Consistent two-way communication ensures our homeowners receive personalized service and have the best possible experience before and after they move into their homes.

Recently, we spoke with new homeowners Dale and Diane, who purchased a home in the St Michaels Bay community in Forsyth County. They worked with us as we built the home from the ground up – choosing their site and floorplan; making modifications; and working with the Peachtree Residential Design Center to make their final selections. Starting from the beginning is a longer process and requires more homeowner involvement, but Don says that it was “well worth it.” Read on to find out about their experience with our personalized service.

See what else Don had to say about building a home with Peachtree Residential.

PTR: Why did you choose Peachtree Residential as your builder?

D: We loved what the St Michaels Bay development had to offer. Further, we were impressed with Sales Manager Don Lee’s building knowledge and ability to listen to our wants and needs. He pulled together our ideas and offer suggestions to make our home even better.

Why Are We The Builder Who Listens?

When you choose to build your new home with Peachtree Residential, you’re choosing to build with a “Builder Who Listens” to what you have to say – your requests, your compliments and, yes, even your concerns. Especially those.

And with any home you build, no matter the builder, there will be at least a few concerns. Did you know that nearly 100 people are involved in building a new home, no matter the price range? And they, along with the tools and materials they are using, are often exposed to weather conditions while they work? Think rain, cold and, in the South, intense heat.

With so many people, all the moving parts, and the range of materials, from concrete foundation to your choice of roofing, one or two concerns are bound to pop up eventually. And when you work with the “Builder Who Listens”, those concerns are addressed quickly and efficiently. (more…)
