We’re pleased to report that we build in some of Georgia’s safest cities. SafeWise recently released its annual list of Georgia’s safest cities, and Peachtree Residential is building five communities in three cities that made the top 10. In #3 Milton, we’re building Hickory Crest and Muirfield Park. In #5 Johns Creek, we offer Shakerag Manor. And In #7 Alpharetta, we’re building Ruth’s Farm and Canton Street Commons.
Each of these safe cities posts a violent crime rate far below one per 1,000 residents and property crimes lower than 20 per 1,000 residents. The numbers are based on the most recent FBI Uniform Crime Reporting Data and calculated for Georgia cities that fall above the state’s median size according to population.
