This was our first home and we wanted to build it from scratch. After months of extensive research on several builders, their properties and floorplans, and speaking with their customers, we decided to build it with Peachtree. We can tell you this was one of our best decisions! Seven months later, we closed on our home and we are simply delighted with how it turned out! It has been a month since we moved in and we couldn’t be any happier with the home. Our sales associate,  was very knowledgeable, courteous and easy to work with. He maintained a positive attitude, managed our expectations very well throughout the process, coordinated everything with the builder, and went ‘above and beyond’ in making sure we were happy with the purchase. Our builder, was very enthusiastic, patient, courteous and thorough. He paid great attention to detail and his execution was simply impeccable. Just wanted to send a note of thanks to Sandy and the team at Peachtree behind her.  Candidly, one of our earlier hesitancies to building again was our own realization of the ‘kids in a candy store’ effect.  We felt best to keep ourselves ring-fenced into few options.

As Sandy knew all along, we were incredibly unimpressed with the quality of structure and finish we were seeing in the competition.  From squeaky floors in a spec, to faux stone, to cheap flooring and crooked walls…. the total quality wasn’t there.  But each time we walked into a Peachtree home we were reminded of the intrinsic quality easily perceptible upon entering.

We couldn’t be more excited to build again and couldn’t be more thankful that Sandy convinced us building with Peachtree again was the way to go.  As well as a thanks to Elizabeth & Melinda in the design center – they’ve helped us make great decisions and heard what we wanted like the rest of the team.
