2012 Is Looking to Be A Positive Year

Sales and traffic has increased at Peachtree Residential in 2012!  We have had several recent sales in many of Peachtree Residential neighborhoods. Not only are things picking up here at Peachtree, but the NAHB reports improving housing markets nearly doubled in January.  Shrinking new home inventory means the time to buy is now before prices go up and while the interest rates are low.  The Atlanta market is showing signs of improvement with mortgage applications on the rise and foreclosures down.

Also the city of Milton, where Peachtree Residential has a beautiful neighborhood, The Hampshire’s, is off to an exciting year for 2012 as well.  They are building a new high school-Cambridge which will open in 2012, planning and completing the beautification of GA 9 this year and construction on new improvements for Crabapple crossroads intersection was all announced in the Milton Herald this past week.  So stop by a Peachtree Residential neighborhood to take advantage of our current inventory homes or January incentives on pre-sales.  Visit www.peachtreeresidential.com for more information on the new homes!

Why Buy A New Home

Peachtree Residential has homes ready for you to move in and start 2012 off in your new home!  Besides our great new home locations  which include the highly sought after Johns Creek and City of Milton, there is also the excitement of living in a new home!  There are several quirky reasons that could make you think twice and buy a new home vs. a re-sale, foreclosed home or short-sale.

  • There is no need to rip out crazy wall paper or carpeting that you did not pick out to suite your family’s needs and know what’s been on it or in it
  • You don’t need to worry about hidden damage like mold or termite infestations
  • No one else has let their animal pee on your carpet
  • You won’t have to be careful of a floor board that comes up a little when you walk on it or squeaky floors
  • There is no need to repair that pesky water spot on the ceiling
  • No one has stolen your doorknobs, ceiling fans, or appliances
  • You won’t have to repair the big hole, patch the walls, or paint
  • There won’t be any worries about bug problems caused by the previous owners
  • You won’t have to pull out the tree stump in the back yard or pull up the crazy overgrown shrubs
  • You won’t have to pick up someone else’s trash or left behind belongings
  • No one has used your shower or your toilet except you

The history of your home begins with your family and so does the home warranty! Many of these may sound crazy, but when it comes down to it…are you really going to save money by the time you fix up the house to be clean and the way you like it?   Visit the Peachtree Residential website for more information on our NEW homes!  Several homes are ready to close!  Also opportunities to select your homesite and build your dream home with today’s important features to you!
