Cobb County has proved itself to be quite brainy per the Washington Post.  It recently released its list of the most challenging high schools in the country, with 14 Cobb County schools of more than 2,000 making the cut.  Researchers took the number of Advanced Placement, International Baccalaureate and Advanced International Certificate of Education tests given in a year and divided that by the number of graduates at each school. This includes Pope High School which Peachtree Residential is building 16 new homes in this school district in Hadley Walk!  The new homes in Marietta, Cobb County are from the high $700’s – $900’s.
