At Peachtree Residential Properties, our commitment to you lasts long after you move into your new home.  Peachtree Residential offers a Limited Warranty program for one year from the time you close.  After closing, we provide a Post-Closing Review as well as an 11-Month Review to assess and repair concerns that are covered under the Limited Warranty. Our friendly, professional staff is available to assist you with your concerns during the course of the year, giving you peace of mind if emergency situations arise.
