Sterling on the Lake in Flowery Branch is putting on a Fireworks Festival, Saturday July 2nd.  The fun festivities begin at 6pm and you can enjoy much more then just fireworks such as face painting, bouncy houses, balloon art, bubbles, DJ music, and cotton candy and food!  $5 parking for non-residents of Sterling on the Lake, but open to ALL!

Peachtree Residential builds new townhomes and single family homes in Sterling on the Lake .  There are showcase homes and townhomes ready for immediate move- in.  Now is an even better time to buy as Newland Communities, the developer of Sterling on the Lake is pleased to announce the creation of an addition to the already plethora of amenities.  Sterling on the Lake is planning a new four-and-a-half acre Village Park near the Village Center, complete with landscaping, sidewalks, several decorative seating areas, play fields, plenty of open space, and walking and biking access.
